Speaker Bio: Michael Collier joined the CS3 Team in 2021 as our Manager of Business Development. His 20 plus years in management and leadership are coupled with time as a project manager, certified Lean Implementer, and a Solution Architect. Michael has spent the last 10 years in business software solutions. His strengths lie in manufacturing, heavy equipment rentals, and distribution industries. In his position at CS3, he assists buyers with new accounting, payroll, and human resource software choices. These complex sales include him developing a full ROI for each client, documenting their current "state of the union" and configuring a package to meet the expectations of the new software. Michael was a Business Major at Oklahoma State University. In his spare time he restores vintage automobiles both for himself and friends.
Gary Crouch, CPA.CITP, CGMA, is co-founder and president of CS3 Technology in Tulsa, OK. Gary received a B.A. in Theology and a B.S. in Accounting from Oral Roberts University. Gary has tax preparation experience since 1978 and has been a business owner since 1982. His specialties include strategic relationships, service and product direction, and oversight of the operations of the firm. Gary’s professional memberships include the OSCPA, AICPA, TAHRA, IT Alliance, and the Strategic Leadership Academy. Gary also serves on the boards of his church as treasurer, the ORU Alumni Association, Vice-Chair of the Finance Committee of the IPHC denomination and is president of the ORU Golden Eagle Club. -

CPE Credits are based on a 50-minute hour. State boards of accounting have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Attendee accepts responsibility to determine if course meets acceptable guidelines set forth by their reporting authority.
