About Phil: Phil and his wife, Cathy, founded the Delaware Resource Group of Oklahoma, LLC (DRG), an Oklahoma City-based global aerospace contractor in 2002. Phil is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation and Delaware Tribe. Phil is an advocate for minority, small business and Native American tribal economic partnerships and cultural unity. A focus is workforce development. He is a strong supporter of development of the aerospace and defense industry. Phil received his Bachelor of Arts from Oklahoma City University and his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law. He is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and a member of the OBA and ABA. His practice areas include commercial and corporate law, Native American law, Federal Law and Regulation, government contracting, and financial transactions. He has served on OCU's Board of Trustees for eight years. Phil has received numerous honors and recognition. Most recently the Santa Fe Family Life Center honored Phil with the John F. Kennedy Community Award for his work and as co-founder (co-founder with wife Cathy) of El Sistema Oklahoma, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, after school music program, in 2013. The purpose is social change through music. El Sistema Oklahoma serves approximately 200 underserved students each year and partners with Carnegie Hall. DRG is a leading global defense and aerospace training and service contractor employing over 550 Veterans and with over 860 employees and more than 120 locations around the world.

In-person Registration will cut off at the first 40 registrants as in-person seating will be limited. 

Zoom Registration cut off is Noon, Wednesday October 19, 2022.

Prepaid Members: Reservations are required for each event although payment has already been made.  This is especially important for in-person attendance to ensure enough food is ordered. For Zoom participants, the link will only be provided to those that have made a reservation the evening before the meeting.

CPE Credits are based on a 50-minute hour. State boards of accounting have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Attendee accepts responsibility to determine if the course meets acceptable guidelines set forth by their reporting authority.
