Program Description: We will review how severe ethical failures can occur when leaders contaminate the culture with toxic behavior. By examining the dark side of leadership behavior, we will see the warning signals that ethical issues are in an organization’s future.

Speaker Bio: Kevin Kennemer, MA, is a great workplace advocate who, based on research and life experience, strongly believes winning organizations create workplaces where employees are treated with trust and respect. He has over 30 years of leadership and human resources experience and writes and speaks on the positive financial results of great company cultures. Kevin has a bachelor’s degree in management and a master’s degree in organizational management. Among other roles throughout his career, Kevin has served as the chief human resources officer of a large international energy company and is currently vice president of human resources at Gateway First Bank in Tulsa, OK.
