• Speaker Bio: Dr. Moquin earned his PhD from Baylor University in Information Systems. He is a behavioral scientist focusing on behavior and IT. He has taught both undergraduate and graduate courses in Information systems and security. He is a member of the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) and Association for Information systems (AIS). He graduated with a BS in computer science at the University of Central Texas and an MS in Information Systems from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. His practical experience covers programming, application development, systems analysis and design, special projects, networking, project management, budgeting and team building.

CPE Credits are based on a 50-minute hour. State boards of accounting have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
