The Oklahoma City Chapter of the OSCPA invites Tulsa Chapter members to attend the October CPE webinar/in person luncheon at member rates.

Title of Program:  Business Valuations

Presentation Objectives: As a result of participating in this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Help identify if you need a business valuation.
  2. Describe If you are preparing a business valuation when you aren't intending to.
  3. Describe use of business valuation for Section 754, gift and estate, S-elections, and martial/business dissolutions.

About Ted: Ted earned his bachelor's at Cameron University and his law degree from the University of Oklahoma. In addition to being a CPA, Ted is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and is accredited in Business Valuations (ABV). Ted is a partner in Gray, Blodgett & Company, PLLC and is a past chair of the OSCPA and recipient of the 2014 Accounting Hall of Fame recognition.

This event will be held in-person and via Zoom Webinar. At the registration you will be asked which option of attending.

CPE Credits are based on a 50-minute hour. State boards of accounting have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Attendee accepts responsibility to determine if the course meets acceptable guidelines set forth by their reporting authority.
