Speaker Bio: Denise Deason-Toyne is a Professor of Business Law and Financial Planning at Northeastern State University. She holds a J.D. and a CFP® certification. Dr. Deason-Toyne has represented debtors while in practice with the U.A.W. Ford Legal Services Plan in Kansas City; and represented Creditors in a nationwide bankruptcy practice in Malvern, Pennsylvania.

CPE Credits are based on a 50-minute hour. State boards of accounting have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
