  • Speaker Bio: Iris Culp is the Principal at IC Growth, a training and management consulting firm based in NE Oklahoma. She is a marketing and personal branding specialist for solopreneurs and micro-sized business leaders. Prior to founding this firm, Iris was Human Director at Sabre, Inc., a division of American Airlines (AA). She brings a passion and creativity to facilitating learner experiences and holds a master’s degree in adult education from Oklahoma State University. She has served as volunteer throughout her career and currently focuses her volunteer efforts on expanding the reach of the Tulsa Regional STEM Alliance. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the Tulsa Association for Training and Development; Tulsa Area Human Resources and Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). She holds certifications both as a Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR) through the Human Resource Certification Institute as well as earning the designation of Senior Certified Professional from the national SHRM organization. She is perhaps best known among colleagues for being an active listener, a creative collaborator and an engaging facilitator.

 

CPE Credits are based on a 50-minute hour. State boards of accounting have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Attendee accepts responsibility to determine if course meets acceptable guidelines set forth by their reporting authority.
