Speaker Bio: Charlotte’s genuine interest in people from varied backgrounds and her expertise in accounting intertwine to support the nonprofit organizations she serves. She translates financial information into terms that are relevant and practical for each client’s situation. Charlotte has over 20 years of audit and review experience in public accounting. Vast experience in audits and reviews of schools, social services, ministries and other not-for profits organization. Charlotte is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Oklahoma Society of CPAs. She serves on several not-for-profit boards and committees.

CPE Credits are based on a 50-minute hour. State boards of accounting have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Attendee accepts responsibility to determine if course meets acceptable guidelines set forth by their reporting authority. Free parking is available, OSU-Tulsa recommends using Lot C and/or Lot D for easiest access to Main Hall. Map included below.

Make sure to sign in at the registration table. CPE certificates will only be issued to attendees that have signed in.
CPE certificates and an event evaluation will be issued via email within 48 hours after the event.
If you are not feeling well on the day of the event, please let us know and you are welcome to switch to the Zoom presentation.
Online Meeting Information
Zoom session will be open starting at 11:50am.
Presentation will begin at 12:00pm.
At least 4 polling questions will be launched via Zoom throughout the CPE session to track attendance and participation throughout the event. Participation is required for CPE certificates to be issued.
If you have any trouble with the Zoom poll questions, please let the Admin know in the Zoom chat or email your response to [email protected] for alternate attendance credit. CPE certificates and an event evaluation will be emailed within 48 hours after the event.
