  • Speaker Bio: Stephen Christoffersen, Founder and Chief Investment Officer of the Range Opportunities Fund, has nearly two decades of experience in corporate finance, active investing, and trading. Throughout his career he has raised and managed over $1 billion, serving in pivotal roles as both a public company CEO and CFO.

    Stephen’s investing style combines derivatives,  fundamental and technical analysis, along with insider capital markets expertise. He led a turnaround and sale of KushCo Holdings (OTC: KSHB) and served as CEO of Western Acquisition Ventures (NASDAQ: WAVS), which merged with a cybersecurity company and recently spearheaded a take-private transaction with XS Financial, an equipment financing company which was sold to AXR and Mavik Capital.

    Stephen holds a Finance degree from UNLV, is a CFA charterholder, and lives in Tulsa with his wife and two boys.

  • Refund Policy: Full refund by original method of payment if cancellation received by 4pm on the Friday preceding the event.

CPE Credits are based on a 50-minute hour. State boards of accounting have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Attendee accepts responsibility to determine if course meets acceptable guidelines set forth by their reporting authority. Make sure to sign in at the registration table. CPE certificates will only be issued to attendees that have signed in.  CPE certificates and an event evaluation will be issued via email within 48 hours after the event. 

If you are not feeling well on the day of the event, please let us know and you are welcome to switch to the Zoom presentation.


Online Meeting Information

Zoom session will be open starting at 11:50am.
Presentation will begin at 12:00pm.

At least 4 polling questions will be launched via Zoom throughout the CPE session to track attendance and participation throughout the event. Participation is required for CPE certificates to be issued.

If you have any trouble with the Zoom poll questions, please let the Admin know in the Zoom chat or email your response to [email protected] for alternate attendance credit. CPE certificates and an event evaluation will be emailed within 48 hours after the event.
