Title: Creating a Positive Ethical Culture: Foundations for Accounting and Business Professionals

Program Description: Ethical decision-making is critical for building trust and long-term success in the accounting and business professions. This course will provide professionals with the tools to foster a positive ethical culture within their organizations. Drawing on real-world examples and key principles such as transparency, integrity, and accountability, participants will learn how to navigate ethical dilemmas and become guardians of ethical behavior. The course will also emphasize the importance of cascading ethical leadership and aligning organizational mission with values. Attendees will leave equipped to create environments where ethics become common practice, not just common sense.

Learning Objectives:

Speaker Bio: Jeff serves as Principal on the HoganTaylor Talent team. He is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) with more than 25 years of experience in the human resources and organizational development industry. Jeff works as a confidante and coach to organizational executive teams and assists in the formulation of their human capital strategies. Providing counsel around talent architecture, he identifies and builds human capital critical to the present operations and future growth of the organizations he serves. In addition, he provides valuable consulting in the areas of change management and organizational communications.

CPE Credits are based on a 50-minute hour. State boards of accounting have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Attendee accepts responsibility to determine if course meets acceptable guidelines set forth by their reporting authority. Parking
Guests will be able to park in the Bank of America Building's garage on a first come, first serve basis. Guests will be prompted to pull a ticket as they enter the garage. Bring that ticket to the 30th floor to get your ticket validated at the check in table. As you leave, you will give your stamped ticket to the attendant.
Alternatively, guests may street park at their own expense via the ParkMobile app.

There will be 4 polling questions launched in the Zoom for each CPE hour. Online attendees must answer 3 of the 4 polling questions for each hour to qualify for CPE credit. If you have any trouble with answering the polling questions in the Zoom pop ups, please let us know as soon as possible in the Zoom chat so we can note your participation for credit.
