We invite you to join us for our July CPE featuring Ashley Plyushko, Executive Director of the Oklahoma Accountancy Board! This session will be held in person and online. Pre-registration is required, please make sure to select your preferred ticket (in person or online) at registration.

  • Learning Objectives:

    • Understand each of the AICPA Code of Conduct Principles
    • Be able to apply them professional and personally
    • Know how the Principles interact with the Oklahoma Accountancy Act and Rule

  • Speaker Bio: Becoming the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Accountancy Board is the culmination of a career across both municipal and state government for Ashley. After graduating from Oklahoma Baptist University with degrees in history and political science and a short period in the Oklahoma House of Representatives as a Legislative Assistant, she moved to the Office of Management and Enterprise Services as a budget analyst in the Statewide Budget Division. Ashley began a path into state finance by becoming a CPA in 2017, serving as the the Assistant Finance Director for the City of Shawnee and ultimately, the Finance Director and City Treasurer.  Prior to becoming Executive Director for the OAB, Ashley held the position of State Chief Financial Officer for the OMES.

  • Refund Policy: Full refund by original method of payment if cancellation received by 4pm on the Thursday preceding the event. Partial refunds are not available if switching from in person to Zoom attendance after the refund cutoff time. 

CPE Credits are based on a 50-minute hour. State boards of accounting have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Attendee accepts responsibility to determine if course meets acceptable guidelines set forth by their reporting authority. Make sure to sign in at the registration table. CPE certificates will only be issued to attendees that have signed in.  CPE certificates and an event evaluation will be issued via email within 48 hours after the event. 

If you are not feeling well on the day of the event, please let us know and you are welcome to switch to the Zoom presentation.


Online Meeting Information

Zoom session will be open starting at 11:50am.
Presentation will begin at 12:00pm.

At least 4 polling questions will be launched via Zoom throughout the CPE session to track attendance and participation throughout the event. Participation is required for CPE certificates to be issued. If you have any trouble with the Zoom poll questions, please let the Admin know in the Zoom chat or email your response to [email protected] for alternate attendance credit. CPE certificates and an event evaluation will be emailed within 48 hours after the event. 

Please make sure to sign in early to address any technical issues before the presentation begins.
